Food Chains

1. Returns

Damage Guarantee -- All Food Chains are made with great care and inspected thoroughly before shipping. Any product that is received in damaged condition may be returned within 15 days of delivery for full product replacement plus return shipping cost credit on next purchase.

Satisfaction Guarantee -- If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it in it’s original condition within 30 days of delivery for full refund.

Accidental Breakage -- Food Chains are made with fine quality glass beads and handmade glass pendants that can break if tugged on or dropped on a hard surface. Please handle with care. Returns are not accepted for accidental breakage by customer.
